- You can also tap “Create Payment Request” to make a payment request for this check or any other deposit you’ve made on the cash app.
Besides this, Cash App also suggests certain things before and after depositing a check. Cash App recommends that you ensure that your contact information is current so they can reach you if necessary.
They could be attempting to reach you by text or email. Be cautious not to click any of the links there. Scammers may be trying to pretend to provide customer support.
The mobile check capture feature of the Cash App won’t indicate that your submission was successful for a few seconds. Additionally, you must safeguard the actual paper check.
You can dispose of the original check after two weeks unless Cash App informs you otherwise.
